FUOOTECH Series ZYD-T Double-stage High Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine, comparing single stage vacuum oil purifier, owns a rotary vane vacuum pump and one more booster roots pump vacuum system which can speed up evacuation much faster and higher.
It has been specially designed for on/off site use to completely purify insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers even when transformer power both below and above 110KV and altitude over 500 meters, as well as purify mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on.
ZYD-T Series Transformer Oil Degassifier using advanced T-Shape Vacuum Chamber which has much larger evaporation area than normal vertical vacuum chamber, so it can degas and dehydration much faster with higher efficiency.
ZYD-T Series Double-Stage Vacuum Insulation Oil Purifier can quickly and effectively remove moisture, gas (Hydrogen, acetylene, methane, etc.) and impurities from the insulation oil, to improve the oil dielectric performance. The filtered oil can effectively ensure the power equipment run safely and normally.
